This is an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider level course that meets the CPR requirements for those working in the healthcare field.  Although this classroom based program targets medical professionals, anyone may attend.   

  This course includes:

• 1-rescuer CPR and AED for adults, children and infants

• 2-rescuer CPR and AED for adults, children and infants

• Bag-mask techniques for adults, children and infants

• Rescue breathing for adults, children and infants

• Relief of choking for adults, children and infants

•  An introduction to CPR with an advanced airway.  For in depth coverage of advanced airways, please refer to the Airway Management Course.

 This is an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider level course that meets the Basic Life Support requirements for nurses, doctors, paramedics, lifeguards, and other health care professionals in a blended (elearning combined with a hands on skills session. 

 Please allow 1-2 hours to complete Part 1 (online) and up to 1 hour to complete the hands on skills practice and testing ( Parts 2 and 3).

 This course includes:

This course offers a combination of advanced care skills including ECG interpretation, invasive techniques, medications, therapeutic modalities, electrical therapy of cardiac dysrhythmias and advanced airway management in patients over 8 years of age.  Students who have never taken an ACLS class before or who have let their cards expire or work infrequently with critical adult patients should take this 2-day course.

This course evaluates the students proficiency in a combination of advanced care skills including ECG interpretation, invasive techniques, medications, therapeutic modalities, electrical therapy of cardiac dysrhythmias and advanced airway management in patients over 8 years of age.  Those students who have a current AHA ACLS Provider card should take this course. Proof of current card must be shown.  This is a 1-day course designed for recertification. 

This course evaluates the students proficiency in didactic and skills used to resuscitate and stabilize pediatric medical emergencies. Those students who have a current AHA PALS Provider card should take this course. Proof of current card must be shown. This is a 1-day course designed for recertification.

This session is for students who have already completed the online portion (Part 1) and need only the skills test.  After completing Part 1, students must schedule a practice/testing session (Parts 2 and 3) at our facility.  Testing sessions can be provided at your site for groups of 6 or more.  Please bring your online certificate and photo i.d. to your skills test.

Babysitting certification course. 

If you are between the ages of 11 and 15 and want to earn some extra cash, this is the class for you. This course will help you to become the ultimate baby sitter by giving you new ideas on first aid, fire safety and how not to be a couch potato while watching kids. You will even learn CPR and cool ways to keep the young ones entertained and out of trouble!  All you have to do is attend one Saturday class and you’ll receive a CPR card, First Aid Certificate and a Super Sitter certificate. 

Heartsaver CPR AED Online is a self-directed course that uses interactive lessons and videos to teach you CPR, AED and choking knowledge. This program is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs an AHA course completion card. You will learn: Adult CPR and AED use Adult choking Child CPR and AED use (optional) Infant CPR (optional) Child choking (optional) Infant choking (optional)
 
After completing Part 1, students must schedule a practice/testing session (Parts 2 and 3) at our facility.  Testing sessions can be provided at your site for groups of 6 or more.  Please bring your online certificate and photo i.d. to your skills test.
Heartsaver First Aid Online
 
Heartsaver First Aid Online is a self-directed course that uses interactive lessons and videos to teach you comprehensive first aid knowledge. This program is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs an AHA course completion card. You will learn: first aid basics and how to respond to injuries and other medical and environmental emergencies.
 
After completing Part 1, students must schedule a practice/testing session (Parts 2 and 3) at our facility.  Testing sessions can be provided at your site for groups of 6 or more.  Please bring your online certificate and photo i.d. to your skills test.
